Rose Alden, Program Manager
Rose has been at the heart of KMCC for 25 years, first as Centre Coordinator, and more recently as Program Manager. This dedication and longevity in role has enabled her to forge strong relationships with patrons, user group representatives and local stakeholders. It has also enabled authentic and meaningful service provision, especially for those local residents in crisis and requiring additional support.

Natasha Reid, Community Engagement Officer
With a background in health promotion and research, Natasha has enhanced our new service model with new partnerships and educational and enrichment activities. Her diligent approach and data management skills have also improved internal processes, as well as our evaluation strategy.
Monica Smith, Project Worker/Consultant
Monica joined the KMCC team in 2023. After a stellar career in the banking industry, Monica is now active in the ESG space, helping non-profits improve their income base, strategic planning and service delivery. Monica spearheaded our Eco-Arts and Senior Digital Literacy deliverables in 2023-24.
