You’re invited to a wonderful and creative morning event with beautiful company and a scrumptious morning tea for Carers Week.
The session will be lead by the amazing team from The Real Healthy HQ, a health and fitness enterprise supporting all people to realise their wellbeing potential.
Enjoy a relaxing and inspired session with:
- guided visualisation and reflection
- creation of an inspired vision board to help manifest your dreams and wishes.
- meaningful conversation.
- a delicious morning tea.
We’re using this event to celebrate the wonderful work that unpaid carers do in our community and to provide an opportunity for carers to explore self care and goal setting to provide restoration and maintain balance.

KM Scrapbooking
This group meets on the first Saturday of every month. Participants are encouraged to bring along their own craft activities, some of which include card making, knitting, or scrapbooking to work on during the session.
